The old tradition where a whole rare breed local pig is roasted outside slowly on a spit. It is a regular sight at outdoor events, such as festivals, markets and shows. Available for hire at corporate events, celebrations and private parties. A great option to feed many guests, or as a way to finish your wedding day with an unforgettable meal before waving goodbye to the guests.
Served with gravy, sea salt crackling, sage and onion stuffing, homemade sauce, mixture of soft rolls, 2 additional sauces of your choice, 2 salads of your choice, 2 side dishes.
