Adam was born and trained in Hungary. He gained over 20 years of experience working in 5* hotels, fine dining and rosette award-winning restaurants, and at high-profile private events before joining Food Champs in 2023.
A master of classical techniques, Adam reimagines well-known dishes, giving them a modern, inventive edge. He believes in letting fresh, seasonal ingredients speak for themselves, resulting in dishes that celebrate crisp, clean flavours. Through his precision, Adam ensures that every plate not only tastes sensational but is beautifully presented.
Food Champs consistently exceed expectations due to our emphasis on professionalism, bespoke menu creation and most importantly – delicious food! Adams delivers on every count, bringing his passion for food to every plate. He approaches his role with skill and diligence, understanding that food is a central part of any event, be it an intimate dinner for 6 or a grand wedding with 150 guests.
